Electra is seeking a Product Designer for the Charge Point Operator (CPO) domain to shape the experience of electric vehicle drivers on its charging network, blending digital interfaces with real-world infrastructure.

You will own the product-design scope for Electra’s physical charging network, spanning Stations and Roaming, and apply systems thinking to both digital and on-site touchpoints. Paris and Bordeaux offices with two remote days per week are offered along with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Designer and track record of owning complex product problems end-to-end.
• Comfortable going deep into technical, operational or physical-world systems, turning complexity into simple user experiences.
• Strong product sense, design craft and curiosity for AI-enabled ways of working.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Shape the charging experience across the full CPO domain.
• Design intuitive journeys for drivers charging on Electra stations via the app or third-party eMSPs.
• Own the product-design scope for Electra’s physical charging network, including Stations and Roaming.
• Raise the design bar with systems thinking across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate research and delivery while upholding quality and governance.
