Electra is expanding its Bordeaux team to build the software layer for high‑power charging stations. You’ll own station supervision, power delivery, and system reliability across chargers, batteries, and totems, coordinating with product, operations and energy teams.

We value hands‑on engineers who can simplify architectures, improve observability, and mentor teammates while staying invested as an individual contributor. Based in Bordeaux with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands-on software engineer with production‑grade experience.
• Comfortable across stack: backend services, APIs, infrastructure, frontend UX.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and data quality focus.
• Fast learner with ability to operate in complex domain with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with Go, Ruby on Rails, AWS, OpenTelemetry, or AI‑assisted tooling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate station‑supervision systems coordinating chargers and assets.
• Own end‑to‑end power delivery, including load management software.
• Mentor peers while remaining hands‑on as an IC and raise engineering standards.
