Job summary

Togetherwork is seeking a Delivery Manager in a hybrid Austin, TX role to orchestrate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, and Operations. You’ll guide initiatives through all lifecycle stages and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with clear governance and risk management.

The role requires 3–5+ years in delivery or program management for software products, strong Agile fluency, and proven ability to manage complex roadmaps and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project management for software products.
• Demonstrated experience taking a substantial software product launch to market, from start to finish, including post-launch feedback.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with executive presence.
• Experience supporting onshore and offshore teams is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery or improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle delivery across ideate, incubate, concept, design, develop, launch, track, and sunset.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Revenue, and Operations for predictable delivery.
• Maintain documentation, charters, and execution trackers; monitor KPIs and risk.
• Prepare updates and reports for leadership and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive launch readiness and post-launch adoption tracking.
