• Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria as part of an Agile team.
• Ensure quality delivery of features, aligned with sprint planning and supported by proper documentation.
• Monitor market and technology trends to anticipate their integration into the platform.
• Promote product features internally and externally, acting as a product ambassador.
• Support pre‑sales and implementation by sharing product expertise with clients worldwide.
