Partner Company is seeking a Product Analyst based in France to drive analytics across product and business outcomes. You will build scalable analytics systems, dashboards, and data models while applying AI capabilities to automate workflows and accelerate insight generation.

You will partner with product, engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders in a distributed environment to deliver trusted metrics and actionable insights that inform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or similar data-driven roles.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills with complex datasets.
• Experience with event-based analytics using Mixpanel, Amplitude or Segment.
• Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Experience building dbt models and modern data workflows.
• AI-first mindset to accelerate insights, docs, or analytics workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain event taxonomies, tracking standards, and data quality.
• Build scalable dashboards enabling product teams to monitor performance.
• Define core product metrics and a trusted source of truth.
• Improve measurement frameworks as products and priorities evolve.
• Apply AI tools to generate insights, documentation, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Develop dbt models for product entities and use cases.
• Create a clean metric layer for self-serve data access.
• Analyze Voice of the Customer signals from support, churn, NPS, and interviews.
• Deliver recurring reporting on adoption, engagement, retention, revenue.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for execs.
• Link product behavior to revenue and retention outcomes.
• Automate reporting and AI-assisted workflows with accuracy.
• Foster self-service analytics and faster access to information.
• Establish feedback loops connecting signals to roadmaps.
• Support AI adoption across Product, Design, and Engineering.
