Dolead is a data-driven lead generation leader hiring an Analytics Product Manager in Paris to bridge analytics and product with a focus on data products and KPI-driven decisions.

You will work with a Data & Science team to turn business questions into priorities, build dashboards, and define requirements for data products. The role blends analytical rigor with product thinking in a permanent, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• Strong analytical foundation with hands-on data work.
• Fluent in SQL and BI tools such as Looker.
• Able to translate business questions into measurable metrics and data products.

Responsabilités

• Own analytics and business insights by conducting deep-dive analyses to inform decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operations and leadership.
• Define metrics and ensure correct interpretation across teams.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and specifications for the Data & Science team.
• Track adoption and impact of data products and iterate as needed.
• Contribute to the data product roadmap with the Head of Data.
