CEVA Logistics seeks an experienced Operations Performance & Efficiency professional to drive governance, standards and training within the Global Business Excellence department. The role defines and monitors performance against CEVA’s long-term strategy, with annual targets, while leading cross-functional improvements.

You will lead learning, change management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, applying Lean/Six Sigma and Matrix WMS know-how to unlock value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related field, often with equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading contract logistics operations and delivering process excellence.
• Proven track record managing complex BPE projects at senior specialist or supervisory level.
• Expertise in change management and application of Lean / Six Sigma tools.
• Strong understanding of Matrix WMS functionalities across operational modules.
• Ability to apply process engineering and improvement methodologies effectively.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Proven capability to train and coach individuals and teams at all levels.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication in English, with ability to simplify technical concepts.

• Governance and standards: establish governance and standardised work for programs.
• Learning & development: create training materials and lead workshops.
• Stakeholder engagement: liaison between global, regional, and country teams.
• Continuous improvement: analyse performance and implement innovative solutions.
• Change management: drive organisational change with structured communication.
• Risk & issue management: identify risks and escalate to senior leadership.
• Performance monitoring & reporting: define KPIs and provide transparent reporting.
