Mercy Corps Ethiopia is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage timely purchasing of goods and services for field offices in Ethiopia. You will work with program, administration, finance and logistics teams to support program activities through efficient procurement.

The role requires knowledge of Mercy Corps procurement standards, bid processes, and coordination with vendors to obtain best prices and quality while ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in purchasing and supply management or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Amharic.
• Experience in procurement and logistics is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Procure goods and services per Mercy Corps policies and donor regulations.
• Coordinate tendering process and supplier evaluations.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure timely deliveries.
