Job summary

Haleon is seeking a General Procurement Specialist at our Rueil Malmaison site in France. You will own the P2P process for OPEX, ensure PO accuracy, train teams, and support Mass Market penalties under the guidance of the OPEX Controller. Fluent English is required, with 5 years AP experience in an international group.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with Haleon’s Win as One framework. This is a full-time on-site position in France.

Qualifications

• Bac +2 in Management, Business Administration, or Procurement.
• 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable within an international group and/or a matrix organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incident resolution, including diagnosis, ticket creation and follow-up, and act as the subject matter expert for the relevant teams until solutions are implemented.
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for OPEX-related expenditures.
• Train teams on PO creation and drive continuous improvement of the P2P process.
• Provide support for the management of Mass Market penalties in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups aimed at continuously improving the P2P process, particularly in the forecasting of invoices to be paid, supporting Working Capital requirements estimation.
