Job summary

Haleon plc. in France is seeking a General Procurement Specialist to optimize the P2P flow, manage OPEX PO creation and drive continuous improvement across the procurement process.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely supplier payments and support Mass Market penalties management. Reporting to the OPEX Controller, the role requires a Bac+2 degree, 5 years in Accounts Payable within an international group, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incident resolution, including diagnosis, ticket creation and follow-up, acting as SME for relevant teams.
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for OPEX expenditures.
• Train teams on PO creation and drive continuous improvement of the P2P process.
• Provide support for the management of Mass Market penalties with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional groups to improve P2P, including forecasting invoices to be paid and Working Capital estimation.
