Job summary

Lonza is seeking a Senior P2P & Procurement Content Excellence Specialist to lead globalProcure-to-Pay excellence. This site-based role in Colmar, France, focuses on master data governance, supplier enablement, and buying-channel optimization across multiple sites.

You will configure procurement content in SAP ERP and SAP Ariba, manage P2P processes and KPIs, and collaborate with Category Managers, Finance, IT and Supply Chain to deliver efficient, compliant purchasing.

Qualifications

Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and procurement operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM), SAP Ariba or comparable platforms.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, buying channels and content management.
Ability to work with data, KPIs and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Drive global procurement excellence by maintaining and optimizing master data and buying channels across sites.
Configure and manage procurement content in SAP ERP and SAP Ariba; enable guided buying and catalogs.
Own and improve P2P processes and KPIs; identify root causes and drive automation and simplification.
Maintain supplier master data and key commercial terms; onboarding and validation.
