quobly.io in Grenoble is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the full purchasing cycle, review requests, source reliable suppliers, issue and track POs, and serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders.

You will design scalable procurement policies, lead ERP implementation, coordinate with Finance for invoice matching and month-end closing, and train staff on purchasing guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in procurement operations, buyer support, or finance/supply chain operations (ideally within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment).
  • Experience managing POs and working with procurement tools or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Pennylane, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and simply.
  • French & English written skills are required.

  • You have experience managing POs and working with procurement tools or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Pennylane, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and simply.
  • You are service-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to build from scratch.
  • French & English written skills are required.
