Job summary

Ivalua in Massy, France, is seeking a Procurement Lead - Functional Expert to map procurement workflows, optimize solutions, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with clients, partners, and product teams to strengthen spend management strategies and ensure long-term success.

The role features a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with opportunities to work on AI-powered procurement innovations and a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in procurement, business/management, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, SRM, and supply chain.
• Certifications like CIPS, CPSM or PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract and SRM to go-live.
• Deploy AI solutions using procurement expertise and NLP to tailor client context.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect during design, share best practices and conduct fit-gap analyses.
• Support partners during deployments with design feedback and configuration reviews.
• Oversee delivery and deployment plan to ensure successful go-lives.
• Configure the solution and coordinate with team to meet milestones.
• Incorporate client feedback to improve product features and capabilities.
• Provide PMO support and assist with change management to drive adoption.
