Ivalua is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team in Massy, Île-de-France. You will partner with Account Executives to understand customer objectives and craft compelling demonstrations of our cloud-based procurement platform.

The role blends analytical rigor with strategic selling in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will help shape proposals, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with Product Management and R&D to translate feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions.
• Familiar with SaaS and Cloud-Based applications.
• Ability to articulate value of SaaS/Cloud applications.
• Knowledge in Spend management, sourcing, contract management, or eProcurement is a plus.
• Staying current on solution roadmap and competitive offers.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover customer objectives, pain points and project requirements.
• Create winning strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise.
• Present the value of the Ivalua Platform with highly sophisticated and engaging demos.
• Provide functional responses to RFPs and RFIs and support all functional/technical activities from bid response through the sales cycle.
• Recommend and support different selling strategies and pilots (CRPs & POCs) for advanced prospect requirements.
• Work with Product Management and R&D to translate feedback into product improvements.

We are searching for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant with a focus to join our team who brings a dynamic approach in our fast-paced technology environment to help customers solve complex business problems. Our Solutions Consultants are analytical and product focused, excited at the concept of making a difference in the procurement space, creative and collaborative, and thrive on building and bringing value to new customer relationships.

What You Will Do With Us

• Collaborating with Account Executives on qualified opportunities to uncover customer business objectives, pain points and project requirements
• Create winning strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise
• Present the value of the Ivalua Platform with highly sophisticated and engaging demos
• Provide functional responses to RFPs and RFIs and support all functional/technical activities required from initial bid response through the entire sales cycle
• Recommend and support different selling strategies and pre-sales activities including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support advanced prospect requirements
• Work effectively with other parts of the organization, including Product Management and R&D to support ongoing product improvements via prospects’ and customers’ feedback

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions
• Knowledge and experience with SaaS and Cloud-Based applications
• Ability to articulate the value of and sell SaaS/Cloud-Based applications
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, eInvoicing, Spend Analytics, Direct Procurement MRP/ERP, Services procurement, Supplier Master Data management domains
• Staying current on the solution roadmap (forthcoming improvements) as well as competitive offers to improve your industry knowledge

Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Other Software Tools (forecasting / sales tracking)

Soft Skills

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent French, Spanish and English Language skills
