Job summary

Electra is seeking a 6‑month procurement internship in Paris to support CAPEX/OPEX purchasing of technical equipment and services. You will work with the HQ Procurement team, Roll Out Project Managers and local teams across Europe, contributing to tender processes and supplier performance tracking.

You will gain hands‑on sourcing experience, maintain procurement knowledge bases in Notion, and help develop practical guidance for the team while learning core procurement and project management

Qualifications

• Master's student in business or engineering with an interest in procurement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills relevant to supplier and internal teams.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Excel, pivot tables, and cost analysis is advantageous.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn; able to manage multiple topics.

Responsibilities

• Drive tenders and support procurement projects with guidance from the Lead Buyer.
• Source and benchmark suppliers, prepare RFQs/RFPs and compare offers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and assist in drafting contracts with Legal teams.
• Track procurement KPIs, savings progress and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with country teams and Roll Out Project Managers across Europe.
