Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Fontainebleau-Avon, France, is seeking a Development Engineer - Process Industrialization to join the Process Engineering team. You will work on developing and industrializing innovative processes in collaboration with the Bagneaux-sur-Loing plant.

The role requires graduates from leading engineering schools with at least 3 years in industrial R&D, hands-on mechanical skills, problem solving and the ability to lead in a matrix organization, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• Graduate from leading engineering schools with at least 3 years of experience in industrial R&D.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and industrialize processes currently under development.
• Act as the key interface between the manufacturing plant and the Technology Center.
• Conduct studies to support equipment and process evolution and transfer criteria.
• Lead and contribute to resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with RD&E divisions.
