Institut Curie in France invites applications for a 12-month, renewable contract in the CellAction Process Development group. The role focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for cell- and gene-based therapies, ensuring GMP compliance and robust, scalable workflows for clinical use.

The position requires 2–5 years in process development, a Master’s or PhD in biotechnology-related fields, and strong English communication; French is a plus. Starting date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in process development (cell therapy, gene therapy, or drug development).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cell- and gene-based therapies.
• Transfer pre-GMP processes into robust workflows for clinical manufacturing.
• Develop analytical methods and monitor CPPs/CQAs to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support continuous process improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure GMP/regulatory compliance.
