Job summary

Quay Crew is seeking a Service Stew for a private estate in St Barth's. The role runs on a flexible, temporary basis from October through February with accommodation and flights provided. A small daily bonus is paid on contract completion, and STCW and ENG1 are required.

You will primarily work from the estate, managing guest service and beach setups for lunch and other occasions, in a well-supported program with handover notes.

Qualifications

• STCW and ENG1 valid; you may be required to work onboard.
• Experience in guest service and hospitality roles is preferred.
• Flexibility to accommodate October–February start windows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest service at the private estate.
• Prepare beach setups for meals and events.
• Assist with guest experiences and estate operations as needed.

Role Overview

Yacht Size: NA - located at a private estate in St Barth's, Caribbean
Start Date:Flexible - October through to Feb
Leave:Temporary- flexible contracts to suit candidate availability
Compensation: €180 p/d
Qualifications:STCW & ENG1 in date - you may be required to work onboard

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Looking for a Service Stew to join this private estate from October. The villa is used as an extension of the fleet of yachts, to host additional guests etc
• You will predominantly be based at the estate, overseeing guest service, preparing beach set ups for lunch etc.
• This is a very well set up program, with a good handover/preference notes etc where available
• There will be a small daily bonus for all contracts completed
• Accommodation provided and flights to and from St Barth's

Role Requirements

• Experienced in a variety of services
• Beach setups are a must, so experience with this would be hugely beneficial
• Someone who is adaptable, open minded and flexible. Someone who can work autonomously and use initiative
• Would prefer candidates that can commit in month long stints - ie. 1 month, 2 months and 3 months etc
