Job summary

Seven2 SAS is seeking a junior Analyst to join the Investor Relations, Capital Formation & Corporate Development team of 8. You will support fast-paced fundraising efforts and help maintain investor databases and CRM records.

Responsibilities include managing dataroom updates, preparing marketing materials, supporting AGM/Board documentation, conducting market benchmarking, and helping organize conferences. Fluency in English and French and a strong drive for Private Equity are essential.

Qualifications

• Master student in corporate finance or business school specializing in finance.
• 6+ months of experience in Private Equity, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting.
• Master-level financial modeling in Excel and creation of PowerPoint slides and Word memos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Professionalism, rigor, proactiveness, curiosity and motivation for Private Equity.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team of 8 people, and you will be under the responsibility of the Investor Relations, Capital Formation & Corporate Development Partner.

We are looking for someone who will share our enthusiasm for supporting ambitious companies and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Project management for new fund-raising activities: preparation/update of dataroom, responses to investor questionnaires, quantitative market analysis,
• Support to sales team on the preparation of marketing materials (pitches) for the different funds managed by Seven2,
• Preparation of supporting documents for Annual General Meeting & Board of advisors,
• Update Investor Relations databases, including investor/prospect lists, and improve tracking of LP/prospect contacts with LPs and prospects,
• Support to sales team on the update of Investor information and activity in the CRM,
• Market watch (e.g. benchmarking performance of competing funds),
• Help organize conferences
