Job summary

Tikehau Capital in Paris is seeking an Investment Specialist – Private Markets to contribute to fundraising efforts across Private Debt. You will support due diligence responses, prepare client materials, and collaborate with investment, sales, risk, ESG, and legal teams.

Fluency in English and French, 2–3 years of experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required; AI tools interest is a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
2–3 years of experience in a financial institution or consulting with Private Credit knowledge.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong analytical mind with attention to detail.
Proactive and well-structured in presentations and data handling.

Responsibilities

Participate in day-to-day activities of the Private Debt Investment Specialist team in London, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
Lead preparation, review, and submission of responses to client/prospect requests (DDQs, RFPs, ad hoc).
Create, update, and enhance marketing materials for fundraising and new fund launches.
Supervise analysis and interpretation of fund and portfolio data for investor reports.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of all docs and client materials.
Monitor industry trends and promote team participation in sector events and conferences.
