CDS, an HPE company in Puteaux is looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support professional to provide Level 2 support and manage incidents across critical platforms. You will work in a high-pressure environment collaborating with various teams to ensure security and performance.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in private cloud architectures, advanced Windows and Linux administration skills, and experience with scripting languages. Join us in maintaining and ensuring the availability of our cloud infrastructure!

Qualifications

• Expertise in principles and architectures of private cloud and multi-tenant environments.
• Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting networks and systems.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support and coordinate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams.
• Manage incident resolution and adhere to SLAs.
• Document processes and ticket management.
