J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate Banker Professional for Paris to support Client Advisors by coordinating all client servicing and account maintenance for Private Bank clients.

You will be the primary contact for service needs, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction. You will work with Advisors, Operations, and Onboarding teams to meet documentation needs and execute cash and liquidity actions, while identifying cross-sell opportunities and driving digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; CFA/IMC is a plus.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or banking with proven client-service excellence.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Licensing such as Series 7 or Series 63 as required by location.
• Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to meet client documentation and servicing needs.
• Address and resolve client and advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Execute client transactions relating to cash, liquid positions and corporate actions accurately.
• Monitor and manage client cash balances and positions.
• Facilitate investments in liquidity funds and foreign exchange within set limits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of the client Periodic Review process.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, and losses promptly.
• Support business, team, and Advisor projects.
