JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Paris is seeking an Associate Banker Professional to support Client Advisors by coordinating all service and maintenance activities for Private Bank clients.

You will be the primary contact for service needs, collaborating with client advisors, operations, and onboarding to ensure seamless service and accurate transactions. This full-time role located at 12 Place Vendome offers exposure to cross-functional teams and growth within the Asset & Wealth Management unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications (CFA, IMC) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a similar financial services role with client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint; CRM systems advantageous.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate.
• Fluency in English and French; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client servicing and account maintenance with a high standard of client service excellence.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to meet documentation and servicing needs.
• Address and resolve client and advisor inquiries and issues promptly.
• Execute client transactions accurately and timely; adhere to policies.
• Monitor client cash balances and liaise with clients.
• Facilitate investments in liquidity funds and FX within set limits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of client periodic reviews.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, losses.
• Support business, team, and Advisor projects.
