J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Relationship Partner to support Client Advisors by managing all service and maintenance activities for Private Bank Clients. You will be the primary contact for service needs, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction while working with cross‑functional teams.

You will facilitate client transactions, monitor cash balances, and drive digital adoption, contributing to overall client engagement and ongoing success of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field; CFA/IMC are pluses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Experience in financial services with proven client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity advantageous.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Licensed or certifications as required by location (e.g., Series 7/63).
• Fluency in English and French; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities, ensuring a high standard of client service excellence.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to meet servicing requirements.
• Address and resolve Client and Advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Execute client transactions relating to cash/liq positions and corporate actions accurately.
• Monitor and manage client cash balances and account positions.
• Facilitate investments in liquidity funds and forex for clients within set limits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of the client Periodic Review process.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, or losses promptly.
• Support business, team, and Advisor projects.
