J.P. Morgan, a global financial services leader, seeks a Relationship Partner to support Client Advisors in servicing Private Bank clients in Paris.

You will coordinate service and maintenance activities, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction across teams. You will work with advisors, operations, and technology to deliver top-tier client service, manage inquiries, and drive opportunities for cross-sell within risk parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and service.
• Experience in financial services with a track record of client service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities, ensuring high client service standards.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to meet servicing requirements.
• Address and resolve client and Advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.
