Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in private banking or wealth management.
• Proven ability to manage managers and lead distributed advisory teams.
• Strong knowledge of French regulatory frameworks (AMF/ACPR) and client protection.

Responsabilités

• Own market net new money and assets under management growth.
• Lead Private Banking Managers and balance client books.
• Set expansion roadmap and convert pipeline into performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk on regulatory requirements.
• Govern lead assignment and resolve cross-team conflicts.
