Job summary

Mangopay is seeking a Privacy Legal intern for a 6-month period based in our Paris office. You will join the Privacy Legal team to work on privacy, data protection, and AI topics within the regulated fintech sector.

Responsibilities include DPIAs, privacy policy drafting, GDPR support, and regulatory monitoring. Collaboration with other legal teams will be essential, with exposure to contracts and vendor due diligence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master 2 in Law, preferably with a focus on digital/privacy/banking law.
• Strong written and spoken French and English.
• Independent, responsive, with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creation/update of records of processing activities and DPIAs for new products.
• Draft and review internal and external privacy policies.
• Assist with GDPR requests and regulatory inquiries.
• Contribute to data transfer compliance strategy and privacy research.
