Job summary

Mirakl is hiring a 6-month internship in Paris within the Legal team. You will support client contracting, draft and review various documents, and help manage contract administration across multiple tools.

The role requires enrollment in a Business Law / IT Law program with interest in e-commerce and strong IT/office tool proficiency. You’ll work in an international setting under the guidance of the Sales Legal Counsel, gaining practical exposure to GDPR, compliance, and contract workflow

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Business Law / IT Law program.
Previous experience in a similar environment preferred.
Strong interest in e-commerce and our industry.

Responsibilities

Support client contracting activities: draft/review SaaS T&Cs, NDAs, DPAs, and related documents.
Manage contract administration from signature to distribution in internal tools (CRM, CLM).
Conduct legal research on competition, e-commerce, GDPR, and related topics.
Contribute to process improvement within the legal department.
Collaborate across teams in an international environment.
