RH Hospitality seeks a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations and uphold high sanitation standards in our design-gallery restaurants. You will help maintain a pristine kitchen, process dishware and utensils, and assist with basic prep and inventory tasks to ensure a world-class guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a high-volume culinary setting, basic food-safety knowledge, and flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
• Basic awareness of food safety standards.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country where applying.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol and work shifts per local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a pristine kitchen environment following RH’s sanitation standards.
• Clean all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils thoroughly.
• Build foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team to assist with daily food prep, inventory organization and cleaning tasks.
