Growtoday AB, a cybersecurity company focused on custody SaaS for crypto, seeks a Principal Software Engineer. You will drive architecture, release management, and secure API development for a trustless custody infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, define requirements, and collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance software in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or similar roles.
• 2+ years crypto experience on blockchains, DeFi, or related tech.
• Proven API design experience (REST/GraphQL) with security focus.
• Strong Rust and/or TypeScript coding skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytics, and communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead sub-department projects and drive software change and release processes.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with CTO/CPO and security teams to embed best practices.
• Define software requirements and own operational projects.
• Build, operate, and secure APIs, back-end, and infrastructure.
• Document and communicate outcomes; mentor team members.
