Unispace in Paris seeks a Principal, Delivery & Preconstruction to lead both preconstruction and project delivery across the studio. You will drive commercial strategy, cost planning, and procurement, while guiding project teams to deliver high-quality spaces for marquee clients.

You will oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring projects are positioned for success from feasibility through final delivery, with a hands-on leadership style and emphasis on profitability and client

Qualifications

• A genuine commercial fit-out background with Paris experience.
• Experience in Design & Build or similar commercially led fit-out environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop project teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Preconstruction and Delivery teams in Paris, reporting to studio leadership.
• Oversee estimating, feasibility, cost planning, procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement.
• Provide senior oversight across live projects, resolving issues and ensuring profitability.
• Set standards across project management, commercial management and construction delivery.
• Maintain visibility of risk, margin, programme and forecasting.
• Develop client and subcontractor relationships and grow the Paris studio.
