Unispace in Paris is seeking a senior Principal, Delivery & Preconstruction to lead our Paris studio’s Preconstruction and Delivery teams. You’ll set standards, drive commercial performance and position projects for success from feasibility through to delivery.

You’ll oversee estimating, cost planning, procurement and subcontractor engagement, while managing risk, profitability and client satisfaction on complex fit-out projects across workplace and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across preconstruction and delivery.
• Strong background in cost planning, budgeting and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Preconstruction and Delivery teams in Paris, working with MD and studio leadership.
• Lead estimating, feasibility, cost planning, procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement.
• Ensure projects start with a robust commercial foundation and are delivered safely and profitably.
• Establish standards across project management, commercial management and construction delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and delivery partners.
