Unispace in Paris is seeking a Principal, Delivery & Preconstruction to lead both our preconstruction and project delivery teams. This senior, hands-on role shapes projects from early feasibility and cost planning through to construction, ensuring harmony between design intent and practical delivery.

You will set standards, drive commercial performance, and mentor the Paris studio while building strong client, subcontractor and partner relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record in preconstruction activities including estimating and cost planning.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, procurement and contract management experience.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for Preconstruction and Delivery teams in Paris.
• Develop and enforce standards across project management, commercial management and delivery.
• Review cost plans, budgets and commercial strategies; oversee tendering and subcontractor selection.
• Ensure projects commence with a robust commercial foundation and are delivered safely, profitably and to high standards.
• Maintain client and subcontractor relationships and support studio growth.
