Eaton in France seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing to drive data-driven enhancements across pricing processes, governance, and tools within ES EMEA. You will design scalable improvements, reduce manual work, and ensure alignment between pricing strategy and execution.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytics to deliver revenue and margin growth, customer value, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pricing (Finance or Sales on top of pricing is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of pricing processes, governance, and commercial operations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze end-to-end pricing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized pricing process improvements across regions.
• Reduce manual workarounds through simplification and automation.
• Ensure alignment between pricing strategy, policy and operational execution.
