Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing to drive data‑driven improvements across pricing processes, tools, and governance within ES EMEA. The role connects process improvements to commercial outcomes such as revenue growth and margin improvement.

You will analyze end‑to‑end pricing processes, design standardized improvements across regions, and lead cross-functional transformations while reducing manual work and ensuring alignment with pricing strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years pricing experience in finance or sales is advantageous.
• Experience with pricing governance and end-to-end pricing.

Responsabilités

• Analyze end-to-end pricing processes (pricing governance, approvals, business analytics, budgeting, CPQ and price execution) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable pricing process improvements across regions.
• Reduce manual workarounds, exceptions, and rework through simplification and automation.
• Ensure continuous alignment between pricing strategy, policy definition, and operational execution.
