Eaton seeks a pricing leader to own project pricing discipline across ES EMEA, ensuring full cost, risk, and margin transparency before quotes. You will define pricing structures, enforce gates, and align ownership across Tendering, Sales, Project teams, and Commercial Finance to drive profitable growth.

You will drive continuous improvement of pricing practices, extract insights to refine guardrails, and collaborate across a matrix organization, including Product, Sales, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of pricing experience.
• Commercial Finance or Sales experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA.
• Define and enforce pricing structure (cost, margin, risk) before tender submission.
• Lead pricing gates for deal release and ensure complete inputs.
• Clarify pricing ownership between Tendering, Sales, Project teams, and Commercial Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement of project pricing practices across the organization.
• Extract deal-level insights to refine pricing guardrails.
