On is seeking an Associate Store Leader in Paris to drive operational excellence and elevate guest experience in our premium retail environment. You will translate On’s meticulous, customer-centric approach into daily practice, autonomously guiding the team while championing collective success.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you’ll optimize floor operations, coach staff on Cloud CX, manage stock against forecasts, and analyze KPIs to identify root causes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium/service brands.
• Strong problem-solving skills with systemic thinking.
• Experience delivering training to diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence and authentic communication.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
• Lead and coach the team on customer-centricity and service excellence.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and coordinate merchandising topics.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive change.
• Identify skill gaps and run training sessions for professional development.
• Drive the store vision and foster trust and shared accountability.
