BYD France is seeking a new colleague to act as the main aftersales interface for key account customers in France, coordinating with the service network and BYD Europe to improve customer satisfaction and repair efficiency.

You will manage relationships, support technical issues, coordinate spare parts supply, and ensure service quality. A Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Engineering or Business Management is preferred; fluent French and professional English required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales or key account service management.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and spare parts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The role acts as the main aftersales interface between key account customers, BYD France, the authorized service network and BYD Europe, focusing on customer satisfaction, repair efficiency, vehicle downtime reduction and service quality

A. Key Account Relationship Management
- Act as the main aftersales contact for key account customers in France.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing companies, rental companies and fleet operators.
- Understand customer needs, manage service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Organize regular service performance reviews and customer meetings.

B. Technical Support & Repair Coordination
- Answer basic vehicle technical questions and explain repair issues to customers.
- Understand vehicle diagnoses, repair recommendations and technical reports.
- Coordinate with the authorized service network to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Follow up on vehicle immobilization cases and critical technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to BYD technical support teams when necessary.
- Minimize vehicle downtime and improve repair efficiency.

C. Spare Parts Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with spare parts and logistics teams to ensure timely parts supply.
- Follow up on critical parts shortages and urgent orders.
- Support improvements in parts availability and delivery efficiency.

D. Service Operations Quality & Efficiency
- Monitor and improve service quality, responsiveness and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the service network meets key account customer requirements.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Improve repair turnaround time and customer satisfaction.

E. France & Europe Key Account Support
- Support BYD France and Europe Key Account teams on aftersales-related topics.
- Coordinate cross-functional solutions involving technical support, warranty, spare parts and service network teams.
- Support the implementation of key account service agreements and operational commitments.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Automotive, Engineering or Business Management.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, fleet operations or key account service management.
- Good automotive technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and explain basic vehicle technical issues. Hands-on repair experience is not required.
- Understanding of vehicle repair processes, warranty and spare parts operations.
- Knowledge of EV/PHEV technologies is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills.
