Job summary

The French Hospitality Group seeks an Attendant to manage the cabin crew staff lounge, ensuring smooth operation of facilities, equipment and linens while enforcing lounge rules. The role works from 5:00 a.m.

to midnight, seven days a week, in uniform. You will plan daily tasks, welcome cabin crew, manage room reservations and inventory, handle loan items, and perform end-of-day checks, collaborating with Air France staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in hospitality or tourism required.
• Minimum 2 years in high-end service or related field advantageous.
• Experience with international clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning for the day: verify IT tools, schedule, loaner devices, room keys, cleanliness and linen supplies.
• Cabin crew welcome: be present at Reserve or Check-in, assign cell phones and log in app.
• Room management: track reservations, ensure rooms are cleaned, report missing keys to Air France staff.
• Loan management: provide towels, pillows, and other items; count towels post-cleaning; greet crew and identify luggage owners.
• Tracking and inventory: check compliance twice a month; update coat check inventory.
• End-of-day inventory: confirm all rental items are present and rooms are empty.
