Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to work with the Adoption Services leadership and the Channels & Alliances segment. This role will enable partner resources, lead joint planning, and support customer demonstrations to demonstrate Datadog value.

The PSA will collaborate with product management, engineering, and services to prioritize new features and foster adoption across partner ecosystems. EU resident required.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and staying ahead in technology.
• Current EU resident.
• Experience with partner channels or cloud solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog with partner technical teams.
• Support partner initiatives such as customer demonstrations and proof of value.
• Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolutions.
• Analyze partner services and recommend improvements to drive adoption of Datadog features.
