Comat seeks a Soldering Technician to join its electronics production team. The role focuses on precision soldering of electronic components and assemblies, under IPC standards, with attention to quality and documentation.

You will operate soldering irons, reflow tools, and microscopes, read technical drawings, and ensure traceability of work in MES/ERP systems. English communication is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronics soldering (IPC standards are a plus: IPC-A-610, IPC JSTD-001).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience with SMD soldering is highly appreciated.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential, while French language skills are a plus

Responsabilités

• Perform manual soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components following IPC standards.
• Assemble electronic boards and wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints, identify defects, and ensure compliance with industry quality requirements.
• Operate soldering irons, reflow tools, microscopes, and measurement instruments safely and efficiently.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
