In this role, you will assist in qualifying leads, be the main technical resource on sales calls, and deliver post-sales training, contributing to customer success across 660,000+ clients globally.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support.
• 5–8 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet administration.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate the customer on features and integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions and related technologies.
• Provide post-sales training to identified customers.
