Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety across the operations department and coordinate safe outages for generating equipment and datacenter operations. The role prioritizes compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and applicable permits, while safeguarding workers and contractors.

You will plan, implement and monitor safety programs, train staff, and incidents, while ensuring records are up to date and that contractors follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and technical writing abilities.
• Experience delivering safety and health training to diverse teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety training on policies, regulations and procedures.
• Advise administrative team on safety issues and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental conditions per laws and internal policy.
• Maintain accurate safety records and incident reports.
• Investigate accidents involving personnel, visitors, or contractors and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver health and safety programs within the Keel Operating Way.
