Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks an Operational Site Manager to lead site activities, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with project teams in a nuclear operations environment. You will manage implementation teams, monitor subcontractors, and drive readiness and execution across preparation, realization and closing phases.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, adherence to CNPE processes, and timely communication with project and operations management to optimize intervention

Qualifications

• Have the delegation of authority regarding safety and working hours for the site for which you are responsible.
• Manage the implementation teams; you may rely on middle managers for on-duty teams, equipment and consumables.
• Ensure activities run smoothly following quality, safety and planning goals.
• Conduct regular field visits and lead safety discussions.
• Ensure monitoring of subcontractor activities following applicable procedures.
• Alert OCC and your hierarchy in case of safety, environment, radiation protection or equipment events impacting intervention schedule.
• Communicate progress of the implementation schedule with the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
• Communicate changes to resources/organizational charts to Operations Manager, Project Manager and Resource Planning.

Responsibilities

• Transmit deliverables to the customer (activity report, daily schedule, validated report sheets).
• Daily transmission of the OCC report.
• Maintain a daily summary table including details of the basic order, additional work and waiting reports communicated to EDF.
