EPEX SPOT is seeking a Market Operations professional to monitor daily auction markets and ensure accurate price references. You will support over 400 members, coordinate with IT, Membership and Sales teams, and participate in European market coupling operations.

The role emphasizes reliability, data accuracy, incident management, and collaboration across a multicultural, multi-country team. Hybrid work and extensive training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with monitoring auction markets and publication of price references.
• Experience in supporting market participants and coordinating client setups in trading systems.
• Knowledge of European market coupling operational processes and interactions with TSOs and exchanges.
• Ability to ensure accurate data and regulatory reporting; incident management skills.
• Interest in energy markets and energy transition.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Auction markets to ensure daily trade execution and price publication.
• Support EPEX SPOT members and coordinate client setups.
• Coordinate with IT, Membership, Sales/Communication and system providers.
• Participate in agile Scrum teams for system releases and new services.
• Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.
