EPEX SPOT is hiring a Scrum Master for the M7 Intraday Continuous Market Trading System. The role focuses on optimizing delivery flow, strengthening team autonomy, and enabling predictable outcomes in a high-stakes trading environment.

You will act as a system-wide enabler, supporting the team and the wider organization to remove constraints and improve collaboration, while maintaining a boundary from product decisions. Strong emphasis on cross-company delivery and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven track record of improving delivery predictability and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.
• Experience managing outsourced delivery relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro and Teams for collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Optimize delivery flow and team performance from ceremony to delivery outcomes.
• Strengthen partnership with outsourced service provider and coordinate cross-company delivery.
• Drive improvements in lead time, throughput and sprint predictability.
• Manage dependencies and align requirements between internal teams and external provider.
• Promote a one-team mindset and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
