Qualifications

• The PhD degree should have been obtained within the last 3 years.
• Experience with MD simulations and Markov-state modelling is essential.
• Experience managing HPC resources is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Set up and run MD simulations of GlyR in different conformational states and with ligands.
• Construct MSMs from MD sampling and exchange results with Pasteur to inform experiments.
• Coordinate and manage HPC resources and collaborate with related groups.
