Servier invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow specializing in quantitative and qualitative workflows for antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs). You will develop high-sensitivity methods using Waters microLC with HRMS, and evaluate extraction strategies across plasma, tissues, and CSF.

You will publish at least one peer-reviewed paper and present at international conferences. The role is based at the Paris‑Saclay R&D Institute, with opportunities to contribute to therapeutic progress for

Qualifications

• PhD in bioanalytical science or related analytical chemistry field.
• Proven track record in biological sample preparation and MS workflows.
• Experience with LC and high-resolution MS instrumentation.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize robust quantitative and qualitative methods for ASOs using microLC and MRT HRMS.
• Systematically evaluate extraction techniques: LLE, SPE, hybridization, spin columns.
• Handle complex biological matrices like plasma, tissues, CSF.
• Analyze data with Waters Connect software and interpret results.
• Prepare and submit at least one peer-reviewed paper and present findings at conferences.
• Document procedures and ensure quality and data integrity.
