The Curie Institute Research Center in Paris seeks a researcher to study how the IFN-γR signaling receptor dynamically interacts with lipid nanodomains at the plasma membrane and connects with underlying molecular assemblies. The lab combines biochemical and biophysical approaches to mechanobiology, offering a rich environment and collaboration with French partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in cell biology or biophysics with publications in these fields
• Scientific skills: advanced microscopy, membrane biology, 3D model systems; knowledge in surface/matrix functionalization appreciated
• Professional experience desirable: up to four years after PhD
• Language: strong English communication skills

Responsabilités

• Study IFN-γR signaling and its interaction with lipid nanodomains
• Investigate plasma membrane dynamics and mechanotransduction under mechanical cues
• Use advanced imaging to map membrane organization and signaling complexes
• Collaborate with French academic partners and contribute to publication and dissemination
