INSERM U1065 is seeking a First Stage Researcher (R1) Postdoc to advance a project at the immunology-metabolism interface in France. The role focuses on developing functional assays, managing mouse colonies, and generating high-quality data for interdisciplinary collaborations.

Starting 1 Nov 2026, the 38h30 work week and English-language proficiency are essential. This temporary position emphasizes scientific excellence and active participation in team tasks and manuscript preparation.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent required.
• Organization and management skills required.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to team tasks in immunology and metabolism interface.
• Manage mouse model colonies in the center’s animal facility.
• Develop functional assays in vivo and in vitro.
• Perform analyses using flow cytometry and confocal microscopy.
• Collaborate with other research teams.
• Summarize and present results in lab meetings.
• Contribute to writing scientific articles.
